White Studio respects user privacy and processes personal information only as described below.

1. Information We Process

When you use the service, we may process your Google/YouTube account identifier, channel information, display name, email address, OAuth tokens, IP address, access logs, and device or browser information. For donation integrations, the donor's displayed name, donation amount, and message may also be processed.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to identify the connected user and channel, locate an active YouTube live broadcast, monitor live chat and Super Chat or Super Sticker events, synchronize Donate Roulette with the connected Minecraft server, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and respond to inquiries.

3. Retention and Deletion

Information is deleted when it is no longer needed or when the account is disconnected, unless retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security. Electronic records are deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

White Studio does not sell personal information. We do not disclose it without consent or a lawful basis. Google and YouTube policies apply when their APIs are used. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited information as necessary to operate the service.

5. International Processing

Google, YouTube, and other infrastructure providers may process information on servers outside your country. Their respective privacy policies govern such processing.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information and may disconnect your account at any time. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transmission, protected authentication credentials, logging, and software updates.
