Terms of Service

These Terms govern the White Studio website, Minecraft plugins, and YouTube broadcast integration services.

1. Acceptance

By using the service or connecting an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Service Description

White Studio provides Minecraft plugins, YouTube live broadcast and donation integration, Donate Roulette automation, dashboards, and related web functionality. Features may be changed or discontinued when operationally necessary.

3. User Responsibilities

You must comply with applicable laws and platform policies. You may not access another person's account or server without permission, disrupt the service, bypass security, transmit malicious code, or create fraudulent donation events.

4. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for protecting your accounts, API credentials, and server configuration. If you discover unauthorized access, revoke the connection and notify White Studio promptly.

5. Donations and Automated Commands

Donation events may automatically execute Minecraft commands. You must review roulette probabilities, commands, and permissions before use and must not configure commands that can damage server data or operations.

6. Intellectual Property

The service code, design, logo, and content belong to White Studio or their respective rights holders. Components carrying a separate license remain subject to that license.

7. Availability and Restrictions

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, outages, changes to third-party APIs, or events beyond reasonable control. Access may be restricted for violations or security risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

White Studio makes reasonable efforts to provide a stable service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for free or experimental features, third-party failures, user configurations or commands, and unforeseeable network or server failures.
